1. What we deliver
Our paid product is a digital download — the Northeast India Trip Planning Kit, delivered as a PDF you can read on any phone, tablet or computer. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.
2. Delivery timelines
- Download link: provided instantly on the confirmation page and by email immediately after a successful payment.
- Order confirmation: an email acknowledgement within a few hours of payment.
- Didn't get the link? Contact us and we resend it right away.
3. How delivery is made
All deliverables are sent to the email address you provide at the time of order. Please ensure these are accurate. We recommend adding our email to your contacts so delivery is not filtered as spam.
4. International customers
Because our services are delivered digitally, customers anywhere in the world receive them the same way — by email — with no shipping involved. Prices are charged in Indian Rupees (INR); your bank or card provider applies the prevailing exchange rate for international payments.
5. Non-delivery or delay
If for any technical reason you do not receive your download after a successful payment, contact us within 24 hours — we will resend the file or issue a full refund as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
