1. What we deliver
Our paid services are digital travel-planning and permit-assistance services — for example a personalised day-by-day Northeast India itinerary (delivered as a PDF / document) and a one-to-one planning & permit-guidance consultation (by phone, video call or WhatsApp). There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.
2. Delivery timelines
- Order confirmation: an email/WhatsApp acknowledgement within a few hours of successful payment.
- Custom trip plan / itinerary: delivered by email within 2 business days (48 hours) of receiving your trip details.
- Consultation: scheduled within 2 business days at a time convenient to you, and conducted by phone, video call or WhatsApp.
- If we anticipate any delay, we notify you by email/WhatsApp with a revised timeline.
3. How delivery is made
All deliverables are sent to the email address and/or WhatsApp number you provide at the time of order. Please ensure these are accurate. We recommend adding our email to your contacts so delivery is not filtered as spam.
4. International customers
Because our services are delivered digitally, customers anywhere in the world receive them the same way — by email/WhatsApp — with no shipping involved. Prices are charged in Indian Rupees (INR); your bank or card provider applies the prevailing exchange rate for international payments.
5. Non-delivery or delay
If we are unable to deliver a paid service (for example, your requested route falls in a restricted zone we cannot service), we will inform you within 24 hours and issue a full refund as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
